We stand behind our gear with the SCARS Lifetime Guarantee, offering free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific gear you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve our ruck-ready equipment.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your gear in its original box, and affix the label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
